JOB prospects for graduates are the best this decade, according to research from pay analyst Incomes Data Services. Large employers intend to increase graduate recruitment by 17 per cent this year, its survey of more than 100 employers found. Median starting salaries are expected to be Pounds 16,000 this year, up from Pounds 15,500. New policies, specifically designed to deal with student debt, are emerging, it found. These include "joining bonuses" and interest free loans.
